Through this partnership, we help older Tasmanians access support at home and self managed options that suit their individual needs, ensuring they receive quality care of their choosing to maintain independence with the right supports.
Our compassionate team works alongside Trilogy Care to provide a fully coordinated service to support you in managing your Support At Home funding (formerly called Home Care Package funding).
