Located in the heart of Devonport, our new office strengthens our commitment to providing face-to-face support and fostering stronger connections within Northern Tasmania. This expansion builds on our existing presence in Launceston and George Town.
At our Devonport office, we offer:
- NDIS Plan Management and Support Coordination, with capacity-building services tailored to individual needs.
- Aged Care Services, offering local, face-to-face support for older Tasmanians and their families to navigate the aged care system with clarity and confidence.
- Primary Health Services, complementing our Launceston and George Town offices, including workforce recruitment, professional development, scholarships, and practice support for GPs, nurses, and allied health professionals.
With a strong focus on collaboration and community-first solutions, we continue to play a key role in Tasmania’s rural health and disability sectors.
