This is a fantastic opportunity for a Physiotherapist with an established or developing interest in musculoskeletal physiotherapy to work alongside an experienced and collaborative team, delivering meaningful outcomes for clients every day.

The Position

As a Physiotherapist at In-Balance, you’ll enjoy variety, collaboration, and the chance to refine your professional focus while helping people achieve their goals.

Your role will include:

  • Diverse Caseload: Manage clients with acute and persistent musculoskeletal conditions, post-surgical rehabilitation, and sports-related injuries. You’ll also have the opportunity to work across vestibular and neurological rehabilitation if you wish to broaden your skillset or refine your clinical focus.
  • Exceptional Facilities: Enjoy spacious treatment rooms, multiple rehabilitation areas, and a fully equipped clinical Pilates studio. You’ll also have access to advanced tools such as AxIT force plates and dynamometers to guide your clients’ progress.
  • Collaborative Care: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team including Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Therapy Assistants, a Hand Therapist, and a Mental Health Professional, as well as other local health providers who partner with In-Balance.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy
  • Full AHPRA registration
  • Working with Vulnerable People Check
  • Current driver’s licence
  • Curiosity and a lifelong commitment to learning, with an openness to feedback and collaboration
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of clients and colleagues
