Emerge Allied Health is looking for an Occupational Therapist who enjoys working with children and families and wants to be part of a team that genuinely supports one another.
The role will cover the North and Northwest Coast of Tasmania.

About the Role
At Emerge, you’ll support children and young people to participate in the activities, relationships and environments that matter to them.
Your work may include:
- Individual assessment and intervention
- Working alongside families, educators and other professionals
- Facilitating groups, workshops and community-based programs
- Contributing to multidisciplinary planning and service development
- Sharing your clinical interests and strengths with the wider team
You’ll have the opportunity to develop a varied caseload that reflects your strengths and interests.
You don’t need to know everything. Emerge values clinicians who are curious, reflective and willing to work collaboratively.

About You:
We’re looking for an Occupational Therapist who brings:
- Current or eligible registration with AHPRA
- An interest in working with children, young people and families
- A neuroaffirming, strengths-based and relationship-focused approach
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- A commitment to family-centred and evidence-informed practice
- The relevant screening and registration requirements to work with children in Tasmania
Experienced clinicians and early-career Occupational Therapists are encouraged to apply.
