The Position
This is an ideal opportunity for a new graduate or final-year Speech Pathology student looking to build a rewarding career in Allied Health.
You’ll be supported through a structured graduate pathway with mentoring, supervision, and tailored career development.
You will work across a varied caseload within NDIS and disability services, with flexibility to explore both paediatric and adult clients as your skills and confidence grow.

Key responsibilities include:
- Assessing and diagnosing communication disorders
- Developing and implementing evidence-based treatment plans
- Designing and implementing communication aids (low and high-tech)
- Assessing and managing swallowing difficulties (dysphagia)
- Collaborating with allied health professionals, GPs, families, and support networks
- Providing education to clients, families, and the community
- Actively engaging in supervision, mentoring, and learning opportunities
