The Position
This graduate role offers a structured and supportive pathway into Allied Health, with a strong focus on NDIS and disability services.
You’ll work across a diverse caseload, with the flexibility to explore both paediatric and adult clients as your experience grows.
You’ll be supported every step of the way with mentoring, supervision, and a tailored development plan to help you build confidence and clinical capability.
You will receive:

Key responsibilities include:
- Assessing and diagnosing communication disorders
- Developing and implementing evidence-based treatment plans
- Designing and implementing low and high-tech communication supports
- Assessing and managing swallowing disorders (dysphagia)
- Collaborating with allied health professionals, GPs, families, and support networks
- Providing education and support to clients, families, and the community
- Actively participating in supervision, mentoring, and ongoing learning
