GP – TAC Aboriginal Health Service

General Practitioners to join our Aboriginal Health Service teams in Launceston and Devonport.
The Position
We are looking for a VR GP to work salaried full or part time in a well-supported clinic environment. There are no after hours, weekend or on-call duties included in the role.
You will provide culturally safe, comprehensive primary health care to Aboriginal individuals and families, including acute care, chronic disease management, preventative care and health promotion. Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to deliver coordinated, high-quality care.
The Organisation
The TAC represents the political and community development aspirations of the Tasmanian Aboriginal community. We operate statewide services and programs including a holistic and state-of-the-art health service and allied programs, land and sea management, cultural awareness unit and palawa kani language program.

- All the TAC clinics have in house allied health and specialist services as well as TAC Families Support Teams, Aged Care Teams, Child Health Nursing and statewide Counselling Services available.
