The Position:

As part of In-Balance’s growing multidisciplinary team, you’ll manage a varied caseload while working alongside physiotherapists and other allied health professionals to deliver outstanding client outcomes.

Your role will include:

  • Designing and delivering individualised exercise rehabilitation programs
  • Supporting clients with neurological rehabilitation, musculoskeletal injuries, chronic disease management and healthy ageing
  • Delivering a mix of one-on-one consultations, small group rehabilitation, hydrotherapy and Clinical Pilates (where appropriate)
  • Working across clinic, gym and aquatic therapy environments
  • Using VALD technology, including force plates and dynamometry, to support evidence-based rehabilitation
  • Collaborating with physiotherapists, mental health clinicians and the wider multidisciplinary team on complex cases
  • Delivering NDIS services with the support of an experienced administration team
  • Building lasting relationships with clients and referrers while contributing to the continued growth of Exercise Physiology services across two clinic locations.

About You

You’ll be passionate about helping people achieve meaningful outcomes through exercise and committed to ongoing professional growth.

You’ll have:

  • ESSA Accreditation (or eligibility)
  • Current Working with Vulnerable People registration
  • Current National Police Check
  • Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification
  • Current driver’s licence
  • Excellent communication skills and a commitment to high-quality client care
  • A collaborative approach and willingness to learn.

Desirable:

  • Experience or interest in neurological rehabilitation, women’s health or healthy ageing
  • Clinical Pilates experience or an interest in developing these skills.

What’s on Offer:

  • Salary from $73,000-$90,000 plus superannuation (depending on experience)

For New Graduates
