The Position:
This is a flexible and rewarding role with a strong NDIS focus, offering a varied caseload across adult and/or paediatric clients.
You’ll have the opportunity to tailor your clinical work toward assessment, therapy, or a mixed caseload aligned with your interests and career goals.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting functional and activities of daily living (ADL) assessments
- Completing assistive technology assessments (simple to complex needs)
- Delivering evidence-based therapy (1:1 and group-based interventions)
- Supporting clients with fine and gross motor development
- Completing housing and accommodation assessments (SIL, SDA, ILO)
- Undertaking manual handling assessments and training
- Assessing developmental milestones (paediatric caseloads)
- Delivering sensory assessments and interventions
- Supporting emotional regulation and behavioural strategies with families, carers, and educators
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team across clinic, home, and community settings
