The Position
As a Physiotherapist at In-Balance you will be part of a team who have a shared purpose with a diverse skill set and interests.
- Amazing Facilities: In-Balance has two locations, one of which is based within a local gym fully equipped with strength and conditioning equipment as well as rehabilitation specific equipment including an overhead hoist system allowing you to maximise the therapy potential for your patients.
- Caseload: You will manage a caseload of neurological and disability clients including those under the NDIS in 1:1 sessions and group therapy including aquatic therapy. There is also the opportunity to mix it up with vestibular and musculoskeletal rehabilitation.
- Collaborative Care Approach: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team that includes Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Therapy Assistants, Hand Therapists and Mental Health Professionals, as well as other therapy disciplines within the community that In-Balance has established strong relationships with.
What you need to bring:
- Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy
- Full AHPRA registration (General registration)
- Working with Vulnerable People Check
- Drivers licence and current Police Check
- Curiosity and a lifelong commitment to learn with a willingness to embrace feedback and shared challenges
- Ability to interact with people from all walks of life including collaborating with the team you work with and those who are involved in your patients care
