Windsor Allied Health is seeking an experienced and motivated Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our award-winning practice in a contractor capacity. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of NDIS participants, while enjoying the flexibility, autonomy, and support of a collaborative team.

The Position

As a Behaviour Support Practitioner, you will:

  • Conduct functional assessments and provide evidence-based interventions.
  • Develop person-centred behaviour support plans in line with NDIS guidelines.
  • Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team including psychologists, speech pathologists, and other allied health professionals.
  • Liaise effectively with families, carers, educators, and support coordinators to deliver holistic care.
  • Ensure compliance with NDIS Quality and Safeguarding Standards and relevant ethical frameworks.
  • Monitor outcomes, maintain accurate records, and refine interventions to achieve the best possible results.

We are looking for practitioners with

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications (Psychology, Behaviour Analysis, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, or related field),
  • NDIS registration as a behaviour support practitioner
  • Demonstrated experience working in disability or mental health settings.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, adaptability, and self-motivation are essential for this contractor role.
