The Position
- Work in a state-of-the-art new facility: Be part of a brand-new, multi-million-dollar clinic with the latest medical technology and modern amenities. Enjoy working in a comfortable, cutting-edge environment built for high-quality care.
- Flexible working hours: We understand the importance of work-life balance. Choose full-time or part-time hours to suit your lifestyle – flexible scheduling is available so you can make the most of life in Tasmania.
- Attractive remuneration: 65% of billings is offered as standard, with the potential to increase to 70% based on your billing performance. We believe in rewarding your hard work and success.
- Initial income guarantee: To help you settle in with peace of mind, we provide a negotiable hourly rate for the first month as an initial guarantee. Earn a steady income from Day 1 while you build up your patient base.
- MMM 2 location – visa sponsorship available: Our clinic is in an MMM 2 (DPA) area, which means we can sponsor visas for international or overseas-trained GP. Essential Skills; current AHPRA registration or eligible for registration with the Medical Board of Australia. Previous GP experience of at least one year, either in Australia or overseas. Plus: Guaranteed minimum earnings of $120,000 per annum, based on working full time). If you’re an IMG looking to relocate, we’ll support you through the process. (GPs under fellowship pathways are welcome – our location is eligible for various training programs.)
- Supportive team and facilities: Join a warm, professional team dedicated to excellent patient care. You’ll have full nursing and administrative support, on-site pathology and modern treatment rooms, ensuring you can focus on what you do best – looking after patients.
