The Position

As an Exercise Physiologist at In-Balance, you’ll design and deliver evidence-based exercise programs that support clients across a diverse range of needs — from neurological rehabilitation and musculoskeletal injuries to chronic conditions and general wellness.

Your work will include:

  • Independent Client Management: Develop tailored exercise plans for individuals and groups, including clients under the NDIS and the ageing population (including peri and post-menopausal women).

  • Day-to-Day Variety: Work across both clinic and gym spaces, incorporating advanced tools like AxIT force plates and dynamometers to track progress and enhance outcomes.

  • Collaborative Care Approach: Partner with physiotherapists, psychologists, and other allied health professionals to deliver holistic, patient-centred care.

What You’ll Bring:

  • ESSA Accreditation as an Exercise Physiologist

  • Working with Vulnerable People Check (RWVP)

  • Current Police Check

  • Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance

  • Current First Aid & CPR Certification

  • Valid driver’s licence

Desirable:

  • 2–3 years’ experience (new graduates are also encouraged to apply)

  • Experience or interest in women’s health

  • Clinical Pilates experience
