They are on the lookout for a Physiotherapist with an established or evolving skillset in Neurological Rehabilitation who is ready to join their team and contribute to this vision. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with great people to help clients achieve meaningful outcomes.
The Position
As a Physiotherapist at In-Balance you will be part of a team who have a shared purpose with a diverse skillset and interests.
- Amazing Facilities: In-Balance has two locations, one of which is based within a local gym fully equipped with strength and conditioning equipment as well as rehabilitation specific equipment including an overhead hoist system allowing you to maximise the therapy potential for your patients.
- Caseload: You will manage a caseload of neurological and disability clients including those under the NDIS in 1:1 sessions, group therapy including aquatic therapy as well as home and community visits (in the company vehicle!). There is also the opportunity to mix it up with vestibular and musculoskeletal rehabilitation.
- Collaborative Care Approach: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team that includes Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Allied Health Assistants, Hand Therapists and Mental Health Professionals, as well as other therapy disciplines within the community that In-Balance has established strong relationships with.
What you need to bring:
- Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy
- Full AHPRA registration
- Working with Vulnerable People Check
- Drivers licence
- Curiosity and a lifelong commitment to learn with a willingness to embrace feedback and shared challenges
- Ability to interact with people from all walks of life including collaborating with the team you work with and those who are involved in your patients care
