The team at Healthstyles Clinic are seeking an experienced Clinical Manager to join their passionate team, assisting their Lead Clinician to support the team of behaviour specialists and therapists. The position is permanent with flexible hours to suit either full or part time arrangements.

The Position

Your responsibilities will include:

  • supporting the clinical team to achieve positive outcomes for their clients through behaviour support or therapy services
  • assisting the principal practitioner with the management of caseloads, clinical issues and development of clinical services
  • working collaboratively with external stakeholders to deliver services in line with needs
  • identifying and delivering opportunities for staff training and professional development
  • taking on an active case load to support complex client needs
  • working with the management team to support continuous improvement, employee reviews and compliance with NDIS standards

To be successful in the role, you will need to bring:

  • a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a relevant clinical field (psychology, behaviour support, other clinical therapy)
  • experience in the clinical management of a qualified team
  • registration with a relevant professional body, such as APHRA / AASW / BSPA
  • demonstrated experience working with senior management, staff and stakeholders
  • knowledge of NDIS practice standards
  • working with vulnerable people registration
