My Clinic Plus is seeking a warm, capable, and patient-focused Registered Nurse to join their busy general practice team on a full-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for an RN who enjoys working across a broad scope of primary care nursing and values building genuine relationships with patients in a community-focused clinic.

The Position

Working as part of a supportive clinical team, the Registered Nurse will play an important role in delivering high-quality, evidence-based care to patients of all ages.

The role will involve a broad range of general practice nursing duties, including:

• Immunisations and preventative health activities.
• Wound care and minor procedures.
• Assisting GPs with clinical procedures.
• Chronic disease management and care planning support.
• Health assessments and patient education.
• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and patient records.
• Contributing to a welcoming, professional environment for patients and colleagues.

This position would suit a nurse who enjoys variety, autonomy in their day, and being an integral part of patient care in a fast-paced general practice setting.

Essential Requirements

• Current and unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Full working rights in Australia.
