They are on the lookout for an experienced Exercise Physiologist who is ready to join their dynamic team and contribute to this vision. With a diverse client base, this role offers the opportunity to collaborate with a great team of health professionals to help clients achieve meaningful outcomes. The role offers flexible full-time hours with the option to negotiate part-time.

The Position

What You’ll Do

  • Independent Client Management: Design and deliver tailored exercise programs for clients managing musculoskeletal injuries, chronic conditions, neurological rehabilitation, and more. You’ll work with individuals, groups, and the aging population (including peri & post-menopausal women) in 1:1 sessions, group rehabilitation, and aquatic therapy.
  • Day-to-Day Variety: From clinic-based therapy to gym spaces and home visits (with a company vehicle provided!), no two days will be the same. You’ll have the chance to use advanced tools like AxIT force plates and dynamometers to guide client rehabilitation.
  • Collaborative Care Approach: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including physiotherapists, mental health professionals, and psychologists to provide holistic, patient-centred care.

The Essentials:

  • ESSA Accreditation as an Exercise Physiologist
  • Working with Vulnerable People Check (RWVP)
  • Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance
  • Current First Aid & CPR Certification
  • Valid driver’s licence


Role Desirables:

  • 2-3 years of experience (however new graduates are also encouraged to apply)
  • Experience or interest in women’s health
  • Clinical Pilates experience
